“Payment Instrument” means credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, prepaid instruments, IMPS, or any other payment method supported by banks or financial institutions.
“Platform” refers to the website www.studytechhub.com.
“Transaction” refers to an order placed by the User to purchase digital products or services offered on the Platform.
“Transaction Amount” means the amount paid by the User for a Transaction.
“User” means any person accessing or purchasing products/services from the Platform.

3. Products & Services

StudyTechHub provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

ATS-optimized resume templates
Career and job-preparation digital resources
Downloadable documents and files

All products are digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Merchant’s Rights

You agree that we may:

Collect, store, and process your personal information to fulfill Transactions
Contact you regarding purchases, updates, or support
Share necessary information with payment gateways or service providers strictly for Transaction processing and fraud prevention

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide:

Accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and payment information
Legitimate payment instruments owned or authorized by you

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment and account details.

6. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission
Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with Platform security
Upload viruses, malicious code, or spam
Impersonate any person or entity
Collect user data without consent
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

7. Refund & Limitation of Liability

The User’s sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction, defective digital product, or service deficiency is to initiate a refund request, subject to our Refund Policy.

We shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Loss of data, opportunity, or employment outcomes
Misuse of downloaded digital products

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless N. Rajesh Kumar / StudyTechHub from any claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Reviews & Feedback

Users may submit reviews subject to the following:

Reviews must be honest and based on real experience
No abusive, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
No misleading or false claims

We reserve the right to remove or moderate reviews at our discretion. By submitting a review, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for promotional purposes.

9. Disclaimer

All products are provided for educational and career-guidance purposes only
We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes
Content on the Platform does not constitute professional or legal advice
Payments are made at your own risk and volition

We disclaim all liability arising from unauthorized use of payment instruments or transaction failures beyond our control.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Courts in Bengaluru, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for injunctive or interim relief.
